It's a Saturday, once again - which means the usual routine for me; KLCC, Kinokuniya :D.
Headed out at around 3 for Pasar Seni, thought of doing some street shots just to kickstart my rusty photography skills again. Walked further than usual, exploring, taking in the streets of KL and all the hustle-bustle - a scene unusual in the streets of Wangsa Maju :).
Toured the Central Market, and yeah, also the Sze Ya Taoist Temple (which I've previously photographed). This time, however, my eyes weren't set on photographing tourist spots - no, I was trying to look at people. Living, breathing people, through my viewfinder. And I got..
Just another victim of my shutter on the street, minding his own business.
The reason why I liked the latter photo? The subjects in the photo were all total strangers to each other, well, of course excluding the father-daughter pair.
The Malay dude was part of a photographers' group, which happened to enter Sze Ya Temple for some photography.
The lady was just a random stranger passing by and got curious about photography - which the Malay guy gladly obliged to let her give a try on his camera.
Peter Griffin with his daughter there, was another random pair who willingly posed for the camera. It was simply awesome, the chemistry between total strangers :).
And so I went off, continuing my hunt for old people *nasty cackle*.
And a graffiti shot!
And yeah, went to KLCC after that; spent RM195 at Kinokuniya - bought three books :D.
Neil Gaiman - Smokes And Mirrors,
Joseph Galliano - Dear Me: More Letters to My Sixteen Year Old Self,
Hans-Michael Koetzle - 50 Photo Icons. The Story Behind The Pictures.
Is totally contented and happy :) :).
On a side note, I nearly lost my wallet. Misplaced it on the counter after I paid for my food. Thank god the cashier was honest, she held unto my wallet for me :).
TIL that our world is a nice world :D.
Signing off,
Ryo.
